Over all this photo is very interesting and beautiful. It's as though there is a lot more to the photo than just what's seen and it also has a sad look to it. The model is a very beautiful girl and the tattoos give a lot of extra color to the picture as well as her lip stick, though as the rest of the picture seems, she doesn't look in the least bit sad. More exasperated/amazed/in love. The back round is dark and nearly sad but it helps the person viewing the image focus more on the subject rather than everything else.
The Artist thought this was FAIR

This is beautiful. I love how she has all her tattoos, they give you a tough girl look. But at the same time she looks like she is in a very thoughtful place.
